We recently visited PPAH for two of our pets. Our dog and cat both needed dental surgery. Both were treated wonderfully by the doctors and staff. Generally, all the doctors and staff always go out of their way to meet the special needs of our pets. We are so very fortunate to have PPAH as our veterinary practice. We would highly recommend PPAH.
The staff was kind and professional. I felt comfortable with every aspect of the process and my dog seemed very calm, which told me she was also comforted. The doctor did a wonderful job explaining her health issues. I would highly recommend Pleasant Plains Animal Hospital for all who seek professional and thorough pet care.
They saw my furry baby during this pandemic and with no hassle whatsoever. Everything except fecal sample is done on premises while you wait, and that was great because I was worried sick about my baby. Turned out to be just nothing serious and since he's 12yrs old, that was AWESOME news. Thank you! They wouldn't take a tip for grooming his nails. I know how hard he makes it and they didn't have to do that but it was such a sweet gesture that I feel confident I'll be coming for routine visits as well.
